Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or for special-order items.

Shipping Costs

Heavy, Bulky & Oversized Items

Some industrial products may be classified as bulky, oversized, or heavy freight items.

Additional freight charges may apply for these products, particularly for deliveries to regional or remote locations. If additional charges are required, our team will contact you before dispatching your order.


Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left in a safe location at the delivery address if deemed appropriate by the carrier.

If no safe location is available, a card may be left with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Industrial Products Supply is not responsible for parcels left at the delivery address following a successful delivery scan by the carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Delivery Delays
